THE NEXT GENERATION
JUST GOT BIGGER
For years, the KidzMatter Conference has been a gathering place for children’s ministry leaders who are passionate about discipling kids well. But as we’ve listened, learned, and prayed, one thing has become increasingly clear:
The next generation doesn’t grow up in silos—and neither should we.
That’s why we’re excited to announce that the KidzMatter Conference is now intentionally designed for youth pastors and their teams as well.
The transition from kids ministry to youth ministry is one of the most critical moments in a young person’s faith journey. What happens in those years often determines whether students stay rooted in their faith or begin to drift. We believe that when kids and youth leaders align around a shared vision, we create stronger, more intentional discipleship from childhood through graduation.
This isn’t just an add-on—it’s a strategic investment in the future of the Church.
As a youth pastor, you’ll experience practical, relevant training designed specifically for your ministry context. From building a healthy volunteer culture to engaging students in a rapidly changing world, you’ll walk away with tools you can implement right away.
You’ll also connect with a growing community of youth pastors from across the country—leaders who understand your challenges, share your passion, and are committed to reaching students with the Gospel.
We encourage you to bring your entire team. There’s something powerful about learning together, aligning your vision, and returning home ready to lead with clarity and confidence.
The next generation matters.
And we believe the best way to reach them… is together.
