FAQs
All tickets and meal passes are non-refundable; however, they don’t have to go unused. Tickets may be transferred to another individual within your church or organization, applied toward a future event, or sold to another attendee through the I Love KidMin Facebook group. If you’re unable to use your tickets, you also have the option to pay it forward by donating them back to KidzMatter, and we’ll ensure they are given to someone who needs assistance attending the conference.
Connect with support@kidzmatter for more details on transferring your ticket.
We want mealtime to be a chance for you to relax, connect, and recharge—not rush out in search of food. The Meal Pass includes five convenient grab-and-go meals served on-site during the conference: lunch and dinner on Tuesday, lunch and dinner on Wednesday, and lunch on Thursday. You can purchase a Meal Pass when you register or add it to your ticket at a later time through Accel Events
Flex Time is your opportunity to tailor the conference experience. Explore our conference store, engage with ministry partners, connect with peers, attend product demos, or opt for additional training sessions! The Flex Time schedule will be unveiled closer to the conference date. You don’t want to miss it!
While we love kids at KidzMatter, please note that we do not offer childcare services, and individuals under the age of 13 are not permitted at the conference. However, students aged 13 and older are welcomed to purchase tickets and join us as attendees. Nursing mothers are welcome to attend, and we offer accommodations to make their experience comfortable.
Yes! All Main Stage Sessions will be video recorded, and all Breakout Sessions will be audio recorded. These recordings will be available for purchase as part of the 2026 KidzMatter Conference To Go.
